Corned Beef Puffs

Ingredients
  Canned corned beef 12 Ounce (1 tin)
  Eggs 2 , separated
  Tomato ketchup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pickle 2 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Finely dice the corned beef .
2 Remove any fat or gristle.

MAKING
3 In a bowl, beat egg yolks till light, and beat the egg whites separately until stiff.
4 Blend with corned beef and seasonings.
5 Gradually fold into stiffly beaten egg whites.
6 On a greased tin, drop the mixture by spoonfuls.
7 Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees fahrenheit.

SERVING
8 Serve hot.
