Corned Beef Puffs
|Canned corned beef||12 Ounce (1 tin)|
|Eggs||2 , separated|
|Tomato ketchup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pickle||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
1 Finely dice the corned beef .
2 Remove any fat or gristle.
3 In a bowl, beat egg yolks till light, and beat the egg whites separately until stiff.
4 Blend with corned beef and seasonings.
5 Gradually fold into stiffly beaten egg whites.
6 On a greased tin, drop the mixture by spoonfuls.
7 Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees fahrenheit.
8 Serve hot.
