Curried Beef

Ingredients
  Beef 2 Pound (Off Bone)
  Sultanas 2 Tablespoon
  Fat 1 Tablespoon (As Required)
  Tomato 1
  Flour 6 Tablespoon
  Stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Desiccated coconut 1 Tablespoon
  Baking apple 1 Large
  Onion 1
  Curry powder 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 375 F.
2) Presoak the Romertopf (clay pot).
3) Then, cut the meat into cubes. Also, peel and chop the vegetables.

MAKING
4) In a frying pan, heat a little fat and fry the meat and vegetables.
5) To the soaked Romertopf, transfer this mixture.
6) Gradually add the stock, sultanas, sugar, salt, curry powder and coconut.
7) In the oven, cook covered for about 2 hours.
8) Add flour to thicken.

SERVING
9) Serve the Curried Beef with boiled rice and lime pickle or mango chutney.
