Rolled Rib Roast

Ingredients
  Rolled beef rib roast 5 Pound (1 Piece)
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Onion salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Season all 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Coarse ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Clean and trim most of outside fat from roast.

MAKING
2) In a small bowl mix the seasonings.
3) Rub the mixture on the surface of the roast.
4) Keep on spit 5 to 6 inches from coals. Cook for 1 1/2 hours.

SERVING
5) Leftover roast makes superb sandwiches.
