Quick Sesame Beef and Broccoli
|Sesame seeds||1 Tablespoon|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|New york strip steak/Boneless shell steak||1 Pound, sliced crosswise 1/4 inch thick|
|Fresh broccoli||1 Pound, chopped and rinsed|
|Stir fry sauce||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Canned sliced water chestnuts||8 Ounce, rinsed and drained (1 Can)|
1.Take a 12 inch nonstick skillet and heat it on medium high flame.
2.Put seasme seeds in it and toast for 1- 2 minutes until golden.
3.Once done, put the seeds into a plate.
4.Heat oil in the skillet on high flame.
5.Put slices of steak in it and cook for 1- 2 minutes by flipping once or twice.
6.Put the steak in the bowl.
7.Put broccoli, stir fry sauce and 1/2 cup water in teh skillet and cook for 4 minutes by mixing well until broccoli is cooked.
8.Put the steak in the skillet along with water chestnuts.
9.Cook for 1 more minute by stirring.
10.Serve hot topped with sesame seeds.
