Ingredients
  Lean ground beef 2 Pound
  Onions 2 Medium, chopped
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
  Spaghetti sauce 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Mushrooms 10 Ounce, sliced, drained
  Granulated sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Basil 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Medium egg noodles 1 Pound
  Water 4 Quart (boiling)
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon (optional)
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Cheddar cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs), grated medium
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven moderate to 350°F (180°C).

MAKING
2) In a pan heat the first amount of cooking oil.
3) Scramble-fry ground beef and onion until brown.
4) Mix the next 6 ingredients.
5) Cook covered and simmer for about 15 minutes.
6) In an uncovered Dutch oven boil water. Cook noodles, second amounts of cooking oil and salt for about 5 to 7 minutes.
7) Drain out from water.
8) Add to the meat mixture.
9) Grease a 3 1/3 quart (4 L) casserole.
10) Add the mixture into it.
11) Sprinkle cheese over it.
12) Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
13) Remove cover and bake about 15 minutes more.

SERVING
14) Serve hot.
