Ingredients
  Ground beef chuck 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 , chopped
  All purpose flour 3 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ketchup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Sandwich rolls 4 , split, toasted
Directions

MAKING
1. Stirring with a fork, cook beef chuck with onion, pepper, and salt until meat is no more red.
2. Add flour, Worcestershire, ketchup, and water and stirring frequently, simmer, for 20 minutes or until mixture thickens.

SERVING
3. Divide the mixture equally among the 4 split rolls and serve hot with tomato sauce.
