Beef Cabbage And Rice

Ingredients
  Special oil 2 Tablespoon
  Cooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs), chilled
  Lean top round 3⁄4 Pound
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Thinly sliced onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Julienne cut green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shredded chinese cabbage/Sliced celery 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet: saute the rice 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Keep warm while preparing the beef.
Cut the beef in very narrow strips and toss with the soy sauce.
Heat the remaining oil in a skillet; add the undrained beef; cook over high heat 1 minute, stirring steadily.
Add the onions, green pepper, cabbage and pepper.
Cook over medium heat 5 minutes.
Heap the rice on a platter and cover with the beef mixture.
