Chicken With Dried Beef
|Whole chicken breasts||3 Pound, halved (3 Breasts, 1 Pound Each)|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dried beef||2 1⁄2 Ounce, cut into pieces (1 Jar)|
|Dried parsley flakes||1 Tablespoon|
1 Place chicken breasts skin-side-down and thick edges toward outside in 12 x 7-inch glass baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap.
2 Microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes; drain. Combine remaining ingredients in medium mixing bowl. Turn chicken over; pour on sauce; recover.
3 Microwave on 7 (MED. HIGH) for 15 to 18 minutes or until chicken is fork tender. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving. About 6 Servings
