|Flank steak||3⁄4 Pound|
|Green pepper||1 Large|
|Shrimp||24 Medium, cleaned|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Chopped onions||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sesame seeds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Corn syrup||3 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
1. Cut flank steak into twenty-four 3 x 1/4-inch strips; cut green pepper into twenty-four 1-inch pieces; place steak, pepper, shrimp in bowl.
2. Combine garlic, onions, oil, sesame seeds, corn syrup, soy sauce, ginger; blend thoroughly; pour over ingredients in bowl; cover; marinate in refrigerator 4 hours or overnight; drain.
3. Allowing a 1-inch space from skewer handle, alternately thread 3 steak strips curved in "C" shape around 3 shrimp with 3 pepper pieces on each skewer; attach skewer guards.
4. Insert skewers into Kabob-lt base; place glass cover over food; kabob 15-17 minutes or until done; serve on bed of rice, garnished with scallion brushes, as desired.
