Black Molhi Of Beef

Ingredients
  Beef 1⁄2 Kilogram, cut into pieces
  Onions 3 , minced
  Boiled potatoes 4 Medium
  Ghee 4 Tablespoon
  Water 4 Tablespoon (For Masala)
For roasting and grinding
  Jeera 1 Teaspoon
  Dhania seeds 2 Tablespoon
  Ginger 1 Inch
  Garlic flakes 12
  Cloves 4
  Cardamoms 2
  Cinnamon 2 Inch
  Peppercorns 10
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Kashmiri chilies 10
Directions

Fry meat in 2 tbs of melted ghee and put into pressure cooker with masala water and cook for 12-15 mins.
Heat remaining ghee in pan and fry the minced onion till brown.
Add ground masala and fry well, adding a little ghee if needed.
Stir in meat and stock.
Cook till gravy thickens.
Add boiled potatoes, vinegar and sugar.
Cook 2-3 minutes and remove from fire.
