Fruit Glazed Beef Ribs
|Beef back ribs||4 Pound, cut into individual ribs|
|Steak sauce||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Ketchup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Apricot preserves||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Grated lemon peel||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Arrange ribs on rack in large roasting pan.
Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.
In small saucepan, over medium heat, cook and stir steak sauce, ketchup, preserves, lemon juice and lemon peel until blended.
Grill ribs over medium heat for 20 minutes or until done, turning and brushing often with prepared sauce.
