Short Beef Ribs Barbecued

|Ketchup/Chili sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mustard||1 Tablespoon, prepared|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm)|
|Onions||2 Large, sliced|
|Orange juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
1.In a bowl, put the beef ribs.
2.Make a mixture of ketchup or chili sauce, water, sugar, mustard, salt, peppercorns, savory, garlic cloves, onions, orange juice and soy sauce.
3.Once ready, drizzle it over the beef ribs.
4.Put the lid on and refrigerate the mixture for 24 hours.
5.Mix 2-3 times when refrigerated.
6.Take a 8- 10 cup (4- 5 L)baking dish, put the meat and marinade in it and cook for 20 minutes at HIGH with the lid on.
7.Mix well and cook at MEDIUM for 30-40 minutes more until the meat softens.
8.Stir twice in between.
9.Serve warm with dips.
