Roast Fillet Of Beef

Ingredients
  Beef fillet 2 Pound
  Beef fillets 2 Pound
  Button onions 24
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Black truffles 2 , thinly sliced
  Whole tomatoes 12 Small
Directions

Roast filet 10 minutes in hot (4000) oven (rare).
Season onions with salt and pepper.
Cook in butter in a covered pan.
Add truffles.
Add tomatoes.
Warm through.
Place beef on serving platter.
Place onions and tomato around fillet and top with truffles.
Add juice from roasting pan.
