Stir Fried Beef
|Vegetable oil||2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Round steak/Topside||1 Pound, cut into thin strips (500 Gram)|
|Snake beans/Green beans||6 Ounce, cut into 4 inch lengths (185 Gram, About A Yard Long)|
|Kaffir lime leaves||2 , shredded|
|Brown sugar||2 Teaspoon|
|Light soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Thai fish sauce||1 Tablespoon (Or Nam Pla)|
|Coriander leaves||2 Tablespoon|
1. In a wok heat oil and garlic together over a medium heat, increase heat to high, add beef and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until beef changes colour.
2. Adding beans, lime leaves, sugar and soy and fish sauces stir-fry for 2 minutes or until beans change colour.
3. Serve immediately after stirring in coriander.
