Beef with Peppers and Snow Peas

|Red bell pepper||1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced|
|Red bell pepper strips||1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced|
|Snow peas||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Snow peas||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), trimmed, stem ends and strings removed|
|Mushrooms||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced|
|Scallions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced (Green Onions)|
|Flank steak||8 Ounce, thinly sliced|
|Flank steak||8 Ounce, broiled, thinly sliced diagonally across the grain|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
1 In a 12-inch nonstick skillet add the oil and heat.
2 Add in ginger and garlic;saute until golden.
3 Add in the pepper strips, snow peas, mushrooms, and scallions and saute until tender-crisp.
4 Add the steak and cook stirring constantly, until heated through.
5 Stir in the soy sauce and mix well.
5 Serve hot.
