Beef with Peppers and Snow Peas

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 2 Teaspoon
  Ginger root 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Peeled ginger root 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced

  Red bell pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
  Red bell pepper strips 1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
  Snow peas 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Snow peas 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), trimmed, stem ends and strings removed
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Scallions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced (Green Onions)
  Flank steak 8 Ounce, thinly sliced
  Flank steak 8 Ounce, broiled, thinly sliced diagonally across the grain
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1 In a 12-inch nonstick skillet add the oil and heat.
2 Add in ginger and garlic;saute until golden.
3 Add in the pepper strips, snow peas, mushrooms, and scallions and saute until tender-crisp.
4 Add the steak and cook stirring constantly, until heated through.
5 Stir in the soy sauce and mix well.

SERVING
5 Serve hot.
