Beef Rib Sauce
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm), finely minced|
|Onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped|
|Ketchup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Yellow mustard||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cider vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Teaspoon|
1.Take a small saucepan and add in all the ingredients.
2. Heat the mixture and stir for about 5 minutes.
3.Use immediately or put it in air tight contianers and place in refrigerator for upto 2 weeks.
4. Alternately, freeze and store.
