Meal In One Casserole

Ingredients
  Beef 1 Pound
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Green pepper 1 Medium, chopped (Green, Red Or White Kidney Beans Or A Combination)
  Whole kernel corn 15 1⁄4 Ounce, drained
  Mushrooms 4 Ounce, drained
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salsa 11 Ounce
  Egg noodles 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Tomatoes 28 Ounce, diced
  Cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, cook beef and onion over medium heat.
2) Cook the meat until itis no longer pink.
3) Drain the meat and out into a slow cooker.
4) Layer with green pepper, corn, and mushrooms.
5) Sprinkle salt and pepper over it.
6) Pour the salsa over mushrooms.
7) Cook covered on low for 3 hours.
8) In a separate pan cook noodles according to package directions.
9) Drain and add to slow cooker.
10) Place tomatoes on top.

SERVING
11) Serve with cheese sprinkled on top.
