Slow Cooker Roast Beef

Ingredients
  Sirloin tip 3 Pound
  Sirloin tip roast 3 Pound
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion soup mix envelope 1
  Dry onion soup mix 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Brown gravy mix 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Ginger ale 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Use flour to coat the roast. Keep the remaining flour aside.
2) Put the roast in a slow cooker.
3) In a bowl, combine together the gravy mix, soup mix, remaining flour and ginger ale. Mix well and pour all over the roast.
4) Cover the cooker and cook over low heat for 8 to 10 hours.

SERVING
5) Serve hot.
