Ingredients
  Lean ground beef 2 Pound
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen mexican corn 10 Ounce (1 Package, With Butter Sauce)
  Frozen peas in butter sauce 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Canned sliced mushrooms 3 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Instant mashed potatoes 7 Ounce (Servings For 4)
  Grated romano cheese 4 Tablespoon
  Grated cheddar cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Pierce packages and thaw corn and peas in packages on High for 4 to 7 minutes.
2. Prepare instant potatoes according to package directions for 4 servings.

MAKING
3. In a 2-quart casserole, break up meat with fork.
4. Add garlic and onion.
5. Cook on High for 7 to 8 minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Add the corn, peas, mushrooms and butter or margarine to meat mixture.
8. Stir to melt butter.
9. Cover the casserole.
10. Cook on High for 6 minutes.
11. Spoon potatoes over casserole.
12. Raise shelf.
13. Heat on High for 2 minutes.
14. Sprinkle cheeses.
15. Brown 4 to 6 minutes.

SERVING
16. Serve hot.
