1. Prepare the foil paper by cutting it into squares that can contain the beef rounds. Grease the foil and set aside
2. Preheat the grill
3. Divide meat and vegetables into four equal portions on the prepaerd 12- inch sheet of aluminum foil. Season to taste and seal the packed with double folds.
Place on grill over hot coal and cook 1 hour, turning occasionally.
4. Serve in foil packets.
