Basic Roast Beef
|Pot roast/Rump roast / brisket||4 Pound|
|Salt/Other desired seasonings||To Taste|
|Pepper/Other desired seasonings||To Taste|
1) Season the roast with the salt, pepper and other seasonings as per taste.
2) In a slow cooker, place the seasoned beef.
3) Cover and cook on LOW for 10 to 12 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours.
5) Slice and serve immediately on individual serving plates.
