Basic Roast Beef

Ingredients
  Pot roast/Rump roast / brisket 4 Pound
  Salt/Other desired seasonings To Taste
  Pepper/Other desired seasonings To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Season the roast with the salt, pepper and other seasonings as per taste.
2) In a slow cooker, place the seasoned beef.
3) Cover and cook on LOW for 10 to 12 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours.

SERVING
5) Slice and serve immediately on individual serving plates.
