Beef, Tomatoes, and Noodles
|Stewing beef||1 1⁄2 Pound, cubed|
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Stewed tomatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Noodles||12 Ounce (1 Bag)|
1) Combine together the meat and flour till the cubes are well coated. Put the meat in a slow cooker.
2) Add the salt, tomatoes, pepper and onion and cover completely with water.
3) Cover the cooker and gently simmer over low heat for 6 to 8 hours.
4) Serve hot over cooked noodles.
