Ingredients
  Chuck roast 4 Pound
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Seasoned salt 1 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Rosemary 1 Tablespoon
  Dried oregano 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In slow cooker add all ingredients.
2) Cook covered on low heat for 6-7 hours.
3) Using a fork shred the meat.
4) Strain liquid and put meat and liquid into slow cooker.

SERVING
5) Serve meat and au jus over mashed potatoes, noodles, or rice.
