Vegetable Pot Roast

Ingredients
  Potatoes 3 , thinly sliced
  Carrots 2 , thinly sliced
  Onion 1 , thinly sliced
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pot roast 4 Pound
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In the bottom of a slow cooker, put the vegetables.
2) Add the salt and pepper and stir well. Add the roast and pour in the water.
3) Cover the cooker and cook over low heat for 10 to 12 hours.

SERVING
4) Serve hot.
