Powerhouse Beef Roast With Tomatoes, Onions, And Peppers

Ingredients
  Boneless chuck roast 3 Pound
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 3 , sliced
  Green sweet peppers 1 1⁄2 , sliced
  Red sweet pepper 1 1⁄2 , sliced
  Salsa 16 Ounce
  Mexican style stewed tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a skillet, borwn the roast and garlic in oil. Transfer to a slow cooker.
2) Add the peppers and onions.
3) Combine together the salsa and tomatoes and pour the mixture all over the contents of the slow cooker.
4) Cover the cooker and ook over low heat for 8 to 10 hours.

SERVING
5) Serve hot after slicing the meat.
