How To Cook Sesame Beef

Ingredients
  Beef steak 300 Gram, thinly sliced
  Cornflour 1 Tablespoon
  Red pepper 1⁄2 Large, thinly sliced, deseeded
  Cucumber 1⁄2 Small, thinly sliced
  Ginger 2 Tablespoon, thinly sliced
  Spring onions 1 Tablespoon, chopped finely
  Sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Chili sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 2 Teaspoon
  Lettuces 2 Small (Baby Gem)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a small bowl, combine beef and cornflour.
2. For making sauce – in a bowl, combine soy sauce, sweet chilli, honey, spring onions, ginger, sesame seeds and sesame oil. Whisk well.
3. In a pan, heat oil and cook beef steaks.
4. Pour in the sauce and keep stirring until sauce is absorbed and sticky.

FINALIZING
5. On a serving plate, place the lettuces. Put red pepper and cucumber strips on lettuce. Top it with beef pieces.

SERVING
6. Serve with chilli sauce.
