Rib Roast With Onion Butter
|Boneless beef rib roast||5 Pound|
|Butter/Margarine||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), softened|
|Chopped green onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1) Preheat oven to 325 degree.
2) In a shallow roasting pan, place the meat with fat side up.
3) Sprinkle salt and pepper and roast uncovered until tender.
4) Blend butter with green onion, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper.
5) Spoon sauce over meat and serve.
