Spiced Beef Hotpot

Ingredients
  Beef skirt 2 Pound (900 Grams)
  Plain flour 2 Ounce (50 Grams)
  Mustard powder 2 Teaspoon (Colman'S)
  Salt To Taste
  Dripping 1 Ounce (25 Gram)
  Onions 2 Large, peeled and chopped
  Tomato puree 2 Tablespoon
  Paprika 2 Tablespoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch
  Thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Pale ale 1 Pint (575 Milliliter)
  Button mushrooms 4 Ounce (100 Grams)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 350 degree.

MAKING
2) Cut meat into cubes and toss in a mixture of flour, Colman's Powder mustard, and salt.
3) In a heatproof casserole, melt the dripping and stir fry onion and meat until golden brown.
4) Stir in the remaining flour and stir until brown.
5) Combine tomato puree with beer and spices and stir in the mixture.
6) Cover and cook for 2 hours.

SERVING
7) Sprinkle button mushroom on top and serve.
