Sirloin Steak With Caramelized Onions

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Sweet onions 2 Large, sliced to make 4 cups
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Beef boneless sirloin steak 1 Pound (About 1 Inch Thick)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1 Heat the gas or charcoal grill.
2 In a 12 inch nonstick skillet heat oil over medium heat.Cook the onions in oil for 15-20 minutes stirring occasionally until onions are soft and caramalized. Stir in mustard and soy sauce.
3 Sprinkle both the sides of beef steak with salt and pepper and place on the grill.Cover and cook over medium heat for 10-12 minutes turning once.

SERVING
4 Slice the steak thinly across grain and serve with onions.
