Baked Beef Liver And Bacon
|Egg||1 , slightly beaten|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Bread crumbs||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
1. Preheat the oven
2. Combine egg and milk.
3. Dredge liver in flour; dip into egg mixture. Roll in bread crumbs.
4. Place in greased shallow pan; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
5. Serve hot
