Gourmet Beef Elegante

Ingredients
  Beef rump 3 Pound
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Teaspoon
  Tomato paste 6 Ounce
  Chicken stock 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Dry white sherry 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry white wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Celery stalk 1 , halved
  Bay leaf 1
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Caraway seed 2 Tablespoon, crushed
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, place the beef and sprinkle in the salt, pepper and the monosodium glutamate
2) Cover the beef with the tomato paste too
3) Tip in the chicken stock, wines, onion, celery, bay leaf and the oregano
4) Marinate the beef overnight
5) Remove the beef from the marinade
6) In a Dutch oven, fry the beef till browned on all sides
7) Add in the marinade and the caraway sees
8) Simmer the beef in the sauce till tender
9) Take out the beef
10) In a cup of water, add in the flour and blend well
11) Add to the simmering sauce to thicken and cook till a light boil appears on the sides
12) Add in the cream and blend well
13) Serve with beef

SERVING
14) Serve warm with some crusty bread
