Shredded Barbecued Beef

This shredded barbecued beef is just right for your party outdoors this weekend. Make it in advance and you can enjoy the party and spend some great moments with friends and family.
Ingredients
  Chuck roast 3 Pound
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Celery 1 , chopped
  Green pepper 1 Large, chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Catsup 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon, packed
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Allspice 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 3 Drop
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Garlic salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Place roast, onion, celery, green pepper and garlic in large kettle and pour in 1 1/2 quarts water. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cook for 4 hours.
2. Remove roast, reserving 1 1/2 cups broth; cool.
3. Shred roast; return to reserved broth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook uncovered, for 1 hour, adding water as needed.

SERVING
4. Serve hot
