Roast Beef Poor Boys

Ingredients
  Fat free mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Creole mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Hoagie rolls 9 Ounce, split (With Sesame Seeds, 2 Rolls 2 1/2-Ounce Each)
  Thinly sliced cooked lean roast beef 4 Ounce
  Iceburg lettuce 1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
  Tomato slices 4 (1/4-Inch-Thick)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a small bowl, combine mayo, mustard and horseradish and stir it well to blend
2. Spread about a tablespoon of this mixture over the bottom half of each of the rolls and top with roast beef, lettuce and tomato slices
3. Spread the remaining mayo mixture over the top half and place on top of the sandwich

SERVING
4. Serve as required
