Ginger Beef

Ingredients
  Turmeric 1 Teaspoon
  Ginger 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Beef pot roast 4 Pound
  Onions 2 Medium, chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Canned tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Beef broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dried red peppers To Taste
  Hot fat 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Mix the turmeric, ginger and salt and rub roast with mixture.
2. Brown roast in 2 tablespoons hot fat in heavy skillet. Place rack under roast in skillet; add remaining ingredients. Simmer, covered, for 3 hours and 30 minutes.

SERVING
3. Slice and serve hot
