|Cooking oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Powdered mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Cumin/1 teaspoon chili pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chili pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Onion salt/1/2 cup diced onions||1 Teaspoon|
|Green pepper||1 , diced|
|Tomatoes||2 Large, diced|
|Vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Roll ribs in flour and brown in skillet in hot oil.
After meat is browned, add salt and pepper to taste, then add all ingredients except the vinegar and sugar.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Add vinegar and sugar, sprinkle enough flour over mixture to thicken it, and cook over low fire until meat is done.
Serve over boiled rice.
