Bracing Bouillon

Ingredients
  Beef knuckle 1
  Salt 2 Teaspoon (soupbone)
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon (soupbone)
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Teaspoon (soupbone)
  Tomatoes 2 Can (20 oz) (soupbone)
  Soupbone 100 Gram
Directions

Place soupbone in large pot; add 1 gallon water and seasonings.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
Simmer for 2 hours.
Add tomatoes; simmer for 20 minutes.
Strain and cool.
Skim off fat.
Reheat to serving temperature.
Garnish with thin lemon slices.
