|Salt||2 Teaspoon (soupbone)|
|Pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon (soupbone)|
|Monosodium glutamate||1 Teaspoon (soupbone)|
|Tomatoes||2 Can (20 oz) (soupbone)|
Place soupbone in large pot; add 1 gallon water and seasonings.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
Simmer for 2 hours.
Add tomatoes; simmer for 20 minutes.
Strain and cool.
Skim off fat.
Reheat to serving temperature.
Garnish with thin lemon slices.
