Barbecued Pot Roast

Ingredients
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce
  Beef broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Paprika To Taste
  Garlic powder To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Pot roast 5 Pound
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Catsup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Hot fat 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Combine tomato sauce, beef broth and onion; season with paprika, garlic powder and salt. Place roast in refrigerator dish; add tomato sauce mixture. Refrigerate, covered, for about 12 hours or overnight.
2. Preheat the oven if you want to roast the meat

MAKING
3. Remove roast from marinade, reserving marinade.
4. Brown roast slowly in hot fat in Dutch oven.
5. Add vinegar, catsup, Worcestershire sauce and mustard to reserved marinade; stir to blend.
6. Pour over roast. Simmer, covered, for 2 hours and 30 minutes or until tender.

SERVING
7. Serve hot
