Jellied Bouillon

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned beef bouillon 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Canned chicken bouillon 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Parsley 1 Bunch (100 gm) (small bunch)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Hard cooked egg 1 , sliced
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, soak the gelatin in water for 5 minutes
2) Mix together the remaining ingredients except the egg
3) Allow the mixture to come to a boil and then lower the flame to simmer for 10 minutes
4) Stir in the gelatin and mix around till well dissolved
5) Allow the mixture to stand for 5 minutes
6) Into bouillon cups, pour the mixture and place in the refrigerator to firm
7) Using a fork , draw the chilled mixture to break onto small granules
8) Place a slice of egg into each cup

SERVING
9) Serve with lemon wedges and some chives
