Chili Con Carne Sauce

Ingredients
  Pork/Veal 1⁄2 Pound, ground twice
  Minced onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), finely minced (Or More To Taste)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Tomato puree 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomato paste 3 Tablespoon
  Ground cumin seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1⁄2
  Salt To Taste
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon (Or More To Taste)
Directions

Cook meat, onion, and garlic in olive oil until meat loses color.
Add remaining ingredients and stir to sauce consistency.
Simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 30 minutes.
When finished, the sauce should have the consistency of thick soup.
If necessary, thin with additional tomato puree.
