Polynesian Pot Roast

Ingredients
  Boneless pot roast 4 Pound
  Mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Unsweetened pineapple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soy sauce 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Ground ginger 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Large, sliced
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large Dutch oven put roast and mushrooms.
2) In a bowl, mix thoroughly pineapple juice, soy sauce, ginger, and salt. Pour the mixture over roast.
3) Keep aside for 1 hour at room temperature. Turn in between.
4) Mix onion and place over high heat. Bring to a boil.
5) Reduce heat and cook in simmering for 2 1/2 to 3 hours till tender.

SERVING
6) Serve hot.
