Stir Fried Beef with Leeks

Ingredients
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Fish sauce/2 anchovies 1 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Sirloin steak 1⁄2 Pound, thinly sliced (250 Gram)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Leeks 3 , chopped
  Romaine lettuce 6 , outer leaves shredded
  Chopped cilantro/Parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Chili flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Prepare a marinade by mixing fish sauce, corn starch, soy sauce, vinegar, chili flakes and sugar.
2) Marinate the beef in it.

MAKING
3) Take a frying pan and heat oil in it.
4) Add the marinated beef to it and fry on high for 3-4 minutes.
5) Toss after adding the lettuce and leeks to it.
6) Cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 1-2 minutes.

SERVING
7) Garnish with cilantro and serve
