Baked Cross Ribs

|Cross rib||2 1⁄2 Pound (Short Ribs May Be Used)|
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sliced onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Catsup||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Roll ribs in dry ingredients; arrange in roaster and cover with onions.
Mix together other ingredients and pour over ribs.
Cover and bake 3 hours at 300 degrees.
Remove cover last 30 minutes if you wish them brown and crusty.
