Beef Steamed In Wine

Ingredients
  Beef fillet 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Instant bouillon 2 Teaspoon
  White wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bay leaf 1
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Canned mushrooms 8 Ounce (2 Cans Of 4 Ounce Each)
  Green pepper 1
  Onions 2
  Salt 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1) Coat the beef with flour after seasoning it with salt and pepper.
2) Take a casserole and heat 2 tablespoons of butter in it for 3 minutes.
3) Sauté the beef in butter.
4) Dissolve the bouillon in white wine and water.
5) Pour on the beef.
6) Add parsley and bay leaf.
7) Cover and cook for 7 minutes stirring after every 2 minutes.
8) Add the green pepper, sliced mushrooms and onion to the contents of the casserole.
9) Cover and cook for 6 minutes again.

SERVING
10) Serve hot.
