Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Salt 1 Teaspoon, divided
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped ripe olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Molasses 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Canned tomatoes 1 Pound (1 Can)
  Raw rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1)In a large skillet, melt the butter.
2)Put in onion and green pepper and sauté until onion is tender, but not browned.
3)Put in the ground beef along with 1/2 teaspoon of the salt and chili powder.
4)Cook till the beef is browned and it is flaky when a fork is used.
5)In a bowl, mix the molasses and mustard as the beef is browning. Add Worcestershire sauce and stir.
6)Pour it into the beef mixture.
7)Add in tomatoes and remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt.
8)Gradually, put in the rice.
9)Cover the skillet and reduce the heat.
10)Let it simmer for 25 to 30 minutes. Or till the rice is cooked.

SERVING
11)Serve hot in bowls!
