Ground Beef Squares
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground beef||8 Ounce|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Pinch|
|Celery salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Grated fresh horseradish||3 Tablespoon|
|Anchovy fillets||1 Can (10 oz)|
Spread the bread with butter, and quarter each slice.
Mix the meat with the egg yolks, mustard, seasonings and brandy.
Spread the mixture on the bread, piling it up in the middle.
Place a spoonful of horseradish on the top of each and then garnish with a piece of anchovy fillet and a few capers.
