Red Flannel Hash With Meat Stock

Ingredients
  Chopped cooked corned beef/12 ounces corned beef, chopped 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cooked potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs), peeled and chopped
  Chopped cooked beets 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Instant minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Meat stock 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix all ingredients except butter.
Melt butter in heavy skillet.
Add hash mixture and spread evenly.
Cook slowly, covered, until browned on- the bottom, for about 30 minutes.
Fold and turn out on platter.
If browning is not desired, stir hash during the cooking.
Makes 4 servings.
