Pot Roast Dinner

Ingredients
  Pot roast 5 Pound
  Dry onion soup 1 3⁄8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Canned cream of mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz) (1 Can)
Directions

Put meat in pan and add the soups.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours.
Add peeled carrots and potatoes; cover and continue to bake 1 hour or until vegetables are cooked through.
If I'm expecting a house full of guests, I put all the ingredients in the slow cooker the night before or early morning.
