Orange Pots

Ingredients
  Oranges 3 Large
  Stoned dates 2 Ounce, chopped
  Dried prunes 2 Ounce, chopped
  Dried apricots 2 Ounce, chopped
  Dried figs 2 Ounce, chopped
Directions

MAKING
1) Remove the tops of the oranges, scoop out the flesh and extract the remaining juice.
2) In a saucepan, combine the orange flesh and juice with the dried fruits, then simmer for 15-20 minutes, until the fruit is tender and the juice disappears.
3) Cool the mixture and roughly chop in a blender, pour the mixture into the oranges.

SERVING
4) Serve immediately.
