Shredded Dry Beef With Scrambled Eggs

I love this for breakfast, it’s easy, quick & delicious. This is Mexican dish, from the north of México.
Ingredients
  Eggs 5
  Tomatoes 2
  Onion 1⁄4 (1 Chunk)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Meat 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Oil 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Chili 1
  Flour tortillas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Beans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1. Blend tomatoes, onion, chili (optional) & garlic, reserve
2. Heat oil in a pan, add machaca & fry for a couple of minutes
3. Pour bland tomatoes, fry for a copuple of minutes, season with salt & pepper
4. Finally add eggs, mix until well cook
5. Serve
