Ingredients
  T bone steaks 1360 Gram (Four 340 Gram Pieces)
  Minced onion 15 Milliliter
  Red currant jelly 125 Milliliter
  Port 125 Milliliter
  Red wine vinegar 30 Milliliter
  Orange zest 5 Milliliter
  Lemon zest 5 Milliliter
  Dry mustard 5 Milliliter
  Cayenne 1 Pinch
Directions

Trim the steaks of any excess fat.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a sauce pan, reduce to half of its volume.
Grill the steaks to desired doneness, brushing steak with sauce frequently.
Serve.
